How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Wisebit. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date and you won't be charged again. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
I bought Pro, but the app doesn't show it.
Tap Restore purchases on the Pro screen, or in Wisebit's Settings. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I use Wisebit on both my iPhone and my iPad?
Sign in with the same Apple Account on both, and keep iCloud sync on in Wisebit's Settings. Your progress follows you from one device to the other.
How do I add my kid?
On Today, turn on the Kids switch at the top, then tap Add a kid. Pick a name, a color and the worlds they like. Kids profiles are part of Wisebit Pro.
What is the grown-ups check in kids mode?
A short multiplication question. It keeps kids out of settings and away from switching profiles.
How do I change my topics, daily goal or reminder?
Open the You tab, then Settings. Your topics, Daily goal and Daily reminder are at the top. You can also tap Edit topics on Today.
What is a streak freeze?
If you miss a day, a streak freeze covers it and your streak survives. You earn one at every level up, Pro adds one every Monday, and you can hold two at a time.
How do I add the Fact of the Day widget?
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and pick Wisebit. It comes in small and medium sizes.

How do I start over?
In Wisebit's Settings, tap Reset progress. It deletes your streak, XP, saved cards, kids profiles and everything you learned, on this device and, with iCloud sync on, on your other devices too. It can't be undone.
