Terms of Use

The rules for using Wisebit, written to be read.

Last updated October 6, 2026

The agreement

Wisebit is made by Claudiu Valentin Sararu ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple'sLicensed Application End User License Agreement(the "Standard EULA"), which is the license for the app. If the two ever disagree, the Standard EULA wins.

Wisebit Pro

Wisebit is free to use every day. Wisebit Pro unlocks more, and you can buy it by the week, by the year or once, for life.

The content

Wisebit's facts are written to help you learn and to be fun to read. We check them carefully against good sources, but a mistake can slip through, and facts can change as we learn more. The cards about health, money, law and similar subjects are general knowledge, not professional advice for your situation. If you spot a mistake, please tell us at support@wisebit.online.

Kids mode

Kids mode is for children aged 6 to 11, set up and looked after by a parent or another grown-up. Adding kids profiles is part of Wisebit Pro.

What you can and cannot do

Ownership

The app, its content and its design belong to us. Many pictures in the app come from Twemoji by Twitter, Inc. and other contributors, used under the CC BY 4.0 license; the app lists all third-party licenses in Settings.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Wisebit, so features and content will change over time. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top.

Liability

Wisebit is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
